Job Title: Lead HAVC Engineer 
職位：主管暖通與空調(diào)系統(tǒng)工程師

Location：Based in Shanghai, traveling/relocation to project site according project needs. 
工作地點：公司注冊上海，需要根據(jù)項目需要出差或駐項目現(xiàn)場。

Description職位描述：
?Responsible for overall HVAC system calculation and design according to project and client specifications and national codes, including but not limited to air-conditioning system, de-smoke and process exhaust systems. 
據(jù)項目需求、業(yè)主技術規(guī)范和國家相關規(guī)范要求負責項目各階段的HVAC系統(tǒng)設計計算和圖紙設計工作，包括但不限空調(diào)系統(tǒng)、防排煙系統(tǒng)和工藝排氣系統(tǒng)等。 
?Leading and coordinating discipline interface. 
主導和協(xié)調(diào)項目專業(yè)間界面提交及工作界面劃分等。 
?System shop drawing review & approval, technical submittal review & approval. 
項目技術圖紙審核和批準、技術參數(shù)和樣本審核和批準等工作。 
?Project site construction schedule, quality and safety coordination. 
協(xié)調(diào)項目施工、調(diào)試、進度、質(zhì)量和安全工作。 

Requirements崗位要求：
?Bachelor degree or above in Heating Ventilation & Air conditioning engineering or relevant 
供熱通風與空調(diào)工程或相關專業(yè)本科或以上學歷
?Over 10 years working experiences in local design institute or engineering company.
在設計院或工程公司有超過10年工作經(jīng)驗。 
?Semiconductor and/or Pharmaceutic project reference is preferred. 
有半導體/制藥行業(yè)相關項目經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。 
?English working capability is preferred. 
英文工作能力者優(yōu)先。
?Familiar with CAD application. 
能熟練操作運用CAD等繪圖軟件。
